We had a baby. Tuesday. I haven’t slept since forever.
Who are you people? How did I get here?
I’ll get back to beef cookery soon, right after I get back to sleeping multiple hours at a time.

Like every dinner this week, I did not cook this. It was delish.
My mother in law made it. Chuck roast, braised in water and French Onion Soup mix potatoes and carrots. Oldschool.
